In US Army colours, the fighter fought mostly on the Chinese, Indian, and Pacific battlefields. It was delivered to the Allies as the Kittyhawk Mk.IA.

One of the very specific battlefields where this aircraft was deployed was the Aleutian Islands. There, American P-40Es and Canadian Kittyhawks had to contend not only with the Japanese enemy, but also with the unpredictable weather and natural conditions of the Aleutian Islands. Therefore, the P-40s were modified on this battlefield. The American ones were fitted with sealed exhausts and covered machine gun barrels, and the Canadian ones were fitted with a special antenna system.

This is a model of an American WWII fighter, the P-40E Warhawk version. The kit includes two frames of grey plastic parts, one frame of clear parts, alternative 3D parts of exhausts and antennas, and decals.
