Originally designed as a series of reconnaissance vehicles, the Sd.Kfz.234 underwent a transformation with the introduction of the Sd.Kfz.234/4 variant. Unlike its reconnaissance-focused predecessors, the Sd.Kfz.234/4 evolved into a tank hunter. This shift was marked by the installation of a potent 7.5cm PaK 40 L/46 anti-tank gun within its open-topped fighting compartment.


The newly released kit, labeled 6836, meticulously captures the intricacies of the anti-tank gun and the details within the exposed fighting compartment. The model also offers a choice between two types of road wheels, with added realism through the inclusion of metal width indicator poles. Decals representing vehicles deployed on both the Eastern and Western Fronts are part of the package. To further enhance its combat capabilities during nighttime operations, the kit incorporates the sophisticated night vision FALKE system.
