Description
Unlike other Panzer III Command tanks, the Pz.Bef.Wg.III Ausf.K was equipped with a 5cm KwK39 L/60 cannon. Featuring a Panzer IV turret mounted on a Pz.III chassis, it is distinctly set apart from other command tanks in the German Army. The uniqueness of this vehicle makes it popular among modellers.


Dragon released a 1/35 scale kit of the Pz.Bef.Wg.III Ausf.K a few years ago, and now it's time for a re-release with an upgraded version. The 2024 edition features newly added Magic Tracks, which will facilitate easier assembly and improved accuracy. An array of photo-etched parts, such as a star antenna, is provided to enhance the level of detail. Additionally, the aluminium gun barrel includes rifling inside. The grenade discharger and its mount are constructed from metal.
